If you’re on the path to licensure or are seeking to build more of an integrative approach to counseling, I’m so excited to support you! I have unique expertise in incorporating yoga, mindfulness, Tarot, and integrative somatic practices into my work as a licensed therapist. I’ve worked in multiple, different clinical settings including partial programs, dual-diagnosis inpatient units, a behavioral health insurance organization, and higher education. Additionally, I built my private practice and will happily share all my tips to help you develop your dream practice!

EMDR Consultation:

As a Certified EMDR Therapist, I’m also an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant-in-Training to other EMDR practitioners. If you’ve completed your Basic Training and want to become certified, or you’re eager to strengthen your use of this model, let’s connect! I can support you through 15 out of the 20 hours required for EMDR Certification. I’ve been using EMDR with dozens of participants over the past three years and successfully infuse IFS, attachment theory, Positive Psychology, and somatic practices into the sessions. My approach is skillful and affirming, and I’m excited to empower you to hone your EMDR skills! I’m happy to share my knowledge and experience to help you increase your support of your participants.

Looking to boldly venture into private practice? I’m here for you! I’ve built my successful private practice and did a lot of research to ensure it operates as efficiently and ethically as possible; I also could not have done it without my community and feel gratitude for colleagues who offered supportive consultation. I love empowering others to make the leap into entrepreneurship; I’m here to help you navigate each step in a manageable way. Professionally and personally, opening my own practice has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
